Caroline’s desire to study law started with her humanitarian efforts in Bosnia in 1992.

I will bring greater transparency to the courts by continuing to work in the community. Opening up the court to real-time monitoring, research, academia and community-based organizations will increase the public trust in courts and our justice system.
